LOVE this spot. This is the place, that hill, in 1954 where Sister Mary David stood and realized, ‘that this is God’s land’. has been ever since. Holy Wisdom Monastery is a local treasure not to be overlooked. I go there multiple times a year for personal reflection, rest and retreat – spend my birthday there every year if I’m not traveling to interesting places, wrote my dissertation there.
