When the National Park Service shut down the entire North Rim of the Grand Canyon, they threw a wrench into the carefully choreographed tour of the national parks.
After two nights in Page, UT, where I visited Glen Canyon and the popular Antelope slot canyon, I moved my glamping apparatus to Zion national Park. .
Next up… Bryce Canyon.
Glad you got the slot canyon experience. What was interesting to us is that there seem to be dozens, if not hundreds, of similar canyons…all of which (apparently) are owned and operated by the Native folk. Our trip was not the official “Antelope Canyon”, but was in most respects identical. Does that square with your understanding?
Seems unclear to me but you may be on to something
