My Blue Chair Project took a backseat this summer, but neighbor Aaron gave me a great excuse to pull the dusty prop out of the garage for a quick photo. He and his family had spent the better part of the day removing sidewalks and concrete walkways from around their home, Using shovels, crowbars, and one really big hammer. Hoping to repurpose these excavated pieces later, they had carefully numbered each piece and scattered them on the front lawn. Our very own Stonehenge!

Might I add that the photographer himself was, in large part, the hard-working stimulus for completing this project in one day. Dave joined the crew at half-time, and as weariness and fatigue slowed the efforts, his tenacity in prepping “one more piece” encouraged the rest of us to slog along. Kudos to all in the pre-Halloween establishment of the “Hillington Green Cementery”!
Thank you, Mark!
