Steve is a man who enjoys the finer things in life. Gourmet food. Craft beer. The company of good friends who tell bad jokes. And, once in a while, a fine cigar.

So, when I mentioned I was looking for subjects for this True Colors series, he volunteered to light up a Dominican for the cause. That was the easy part.

Lighting Steve and trying to capture a puff of smoke in the light, all while keeping the background dark, proved to be very challenging.
