Definitely tripod! Most were shot on manual mode, auto white balance, with 3-or 5-shot bracketing activated. If you click on the gallery, you should be able to see the exif data for each shot. One thing I’ve learned is to underexpose shots of the capitol at night, much like shooting the moon at night… If you properly exposed the rest of the frame, the capitol turns into a ball of white light.
