I previously captured Joe’s son, Quinn, speeding down the sidewalk on his big-boy bicycle. It would appear that the need for speed is genetic.

For the latest installment in my True Colors in Black-and-White series, I wanted Joe to look like he was moving fast. He did not disappoint. Decked out in full racing regalia, Joe pedaled patiently on his stationary trainer while I adjusted lights and snapped photos.
